This is by far the most sustainable way to charge an e-car.

But installations for this purpose far exceed the size needed for a "green" household.

It must be remembered that the sun only shines during the day and so the available charging time is limited. This time can be extended to nighttime with large enough batteries.

For example:
A stationary battery, in order to be able to charge safely only at night, must be at least twice as large as the battery of the car.

Still, even without large batteries, daytime charging is excellent for commuting e-cars.
